Vision Quest Property Management was founded in 2003 by Charles Petrich and Charles Giorgi, two former elementary school teachers. The goal for the fledgling company was to bring the service and people skills we’d developed over our twenty plus years of teaching to the property management field. Our “Vision” was to develop a management model which would meet and exceed the goals of an owner while creating the best possible climate for the residents of each building we manage. Vision Quest has been able to create a lasting impact on every apartment community we manage, both financially and socially. Tyler Petrich became a member of the management team in the summer of 2003. Tyler brought a tremendous business background to the fold, graduating from Hamline University with a major in business management and a minor in economics. Together our “Quest” is to grow our business by finding property owners who share our vision and who are looking to make a positive change in the way their properties are managed.
